Albert H Clarke BSA Past President 1967 – 1968

Albert Clarke held the role of City Architect in the 1960’s during an exciting time for Architects and Architecture.  After Albert’s passing the BSA were kindly offered a rare opportunity by his family to look through the professional records, photos, journals and drawings of BSA Past President Albert H Clarke.

The collection will make its way to Bristol’s Record Office at the end of January 2012. However, a small selection of BSA minutes and year books from around Albert’s term as BSA President were offered by his family to the BSA archive and we thank them very much for their kindness.
